For the successful and smooth editing of the electoral list of Patna Graduate and Patna Teacher Constituency and other election related activities, Divisional Commissioner Patna Sanjay Kumar Aggarwal held a review meeting through video conferencing and gave necessary instructions.


(KHABRE TV - 9523505786) - For the successful and smooth editing of the electoral list of Patna Graduate and Patna Teacher Constituency and other election related activities, Divisional Commissioner Patna- Co-Electoral Registration Officer Patna Graduate / Teacher Constituency Mr. Sanjay Kumar Agarwal related A review meeting was held with the District Election Officer, all Deputy Election Officers and divisional level officials through video conferencing and gave necessary instructions.


After 30 December 2019, under the continuous updation of claims / objections received through online / offline, instructions were given to all District Election Officers cum Assistant Electoral Registration Officers to execute as per rules. It is to be noted that on December 30, 2019, the final list of the electoral list for Patna Graduate and Patna Teacher Constituency was made.

Directive given to take action of deletion as per rules after conducting post-verification verification in respect of identified voters with double entry.


The number of voters under Patna Graduate Constituency is 118747 and the number of voters under Patna Teacher Constituency is 9923.

There are 181 polling stations under Patna Graduate Constituency while there are 80 polling stations under Patna Teachers Constituency.

The Divisional Commissioner directed to verify the names of polling stations, details of polling area in Patna Graduate / Patna Teacher Constituency.

All the District Election Officers were instructed to review the work being done with the officials of the treasuries constituted under their district.


All arrangements related to voting material / ballot etc. were directed to the Patna District Election Officer.

The officer of the ballot cell was directed to assess and serve the ballot box and serve it.

After assessing the need and availability of polling personnel, the instructions for data retention were given to all district election officials.

Instructions given to the office-bearers of the Electoral Officer, Koshang, to make complete preparations related to nomination papers, affidavits etc.

Instructions given for preparing voting materials / counting materials and ballot papers at the district level. In this regard, the concerned Divisional Officer of Koshang coordinated with Patna district and directed to review voting materials etc.

In the meeting, all the District Magistrates of the constituency, Mr. SM Kaiser Sultan, Secretary to the Commissioner, Deputy Chief Electoral Officer, Patna Division Mr. Naushad Alam, Regional Development Officer Mr. Sarve Narayan Yadav, Joint Commissioner cum Secretary Regional Transport Authority Patna Division Mr. Sushil Kumar, Deputy Election officer Patna Sri Ratnavar Nilay and many other officials were present.
