(KHABRE TV - 9523505786) - Today, All India Demand Day of construction workers was organized from 10 to 26 June 2020 as a nationwide campaign of 'justice' among construction workers at CPI Male District Office, Kamaruddinganj, Biharsharif Nalanda.
Three demands are major .---------
1. Guarantee an allowance of ₹ 10000 per month to each registered and non-registered construction workers.
2. Free ration distribution to every registered and non-registered construction workers at their homes.
3. Arrangement should be made to provide employment to all migrant and residential construction workers in their place and guarantee to start work at their work place in other states also.
While addressing the dharna, the leaders said that even after 3 months of lockdown and unlock-1, the Modi government at the center has not given any relief to the construction workers. Some state governments have given very little relief from the Construction Workers Welfare Board.
While most state governments have not given even a single penny so far, we have to insist on serious efforts and combative struggle to get more and adequate relief amount. Due to the long lockdown, millions of residents and residential construction workers face unemployment. It seems that many of them have no means to even arrange their ration, in such a situation, the Bihar State Construction Mazdoor Union ( AICWF) is always ready for a vigorous struggle for their livelihood and to fight Corona

Actu State Vice President Maksudan Sharma, CPI Male District Committee Member Pal Bihari Lal, Sunil Kumar, District Secretary Ramdev Chaudhary of Thela Pavement Bhenders Union and Munna Kumar and construction worker activist Anoop Ravidas participated in the protest.
