Directive to complete the earlier process of land acquisition for widening of Bakhtiyarpur-Rajauli NH 20 (Old NH 31) has been directed, review meeting of land acquisition related to various road projects under the chairmanship of Nalanda District Officer, 

 


(KHABRE TV - 9334598481, 9523505786) - Nalanda District Officer Yogendra Singh today reviewed pending cases related to land acquisition in various road projects.
Instructions were given to complete the pending cases related to land acquisition in Sartha and Cher in NH 30A at the earliest. The Ryots, whose compensation payment is pending, were directed to ensure payment immediately as per the rules.
Similarly, in Biharsharif bypass section of NH 82, compensation of some ryots at two places is pending due to local reasons. Directives were given to ensure speedy disposal of cases of all these raiyats.
Instructions were given to complete the earlier process of land acquisition for widening of Bakhtiyarpur-Razauli NH 20 (old NH 31). It was told by the Project Director of NHAI that immediate action will be taken to level the repair and flank of this NH in Giriyak, Bhagan Bigha, Cheon, etc. within the next 2 weeks.
The crossing will be constructed by taking additional land under a continuous lease near the railway crossing in the northern part of Biharsharif bypass being constructed by the Road Construction Department, Path Division Bihar Sharif. For this, the officer directed Ruhi to ensure further action related to the required land.
The meeting was attended by District Land Acquisition Officer, Sub-Divisional Officer Bihar Sharif, Land Reforms Deputy Collector Bihar Sharif, Project Director NHAI, Executive Engineer National High Path Bihar Sharif Division, Executive Engineer Path Division Bihar Sharif, Project Engineer of NH 82 and video conferencing All the zonal officers of Bihar Sharif subdivision were connected through.
