Letter on introduction related to the topic of the webinar, Dr. (Prof) Umesh Prasad, Principal of SPM College, presented the format on the topic of Webinar and then told about the structure problem. The Chief Spokesperson, Dr. Prof. Shashi Pratap Shahi Principal, A.N. College, Patna, in his discussion, described the changing behavior of the world structure, describing the peaceful situation arising out of Covid-19.
