Ranjit Kumar (KHABRE TV - 9334598481, 9523505786) - Construction of a check dam with MNREGA scheme in the canal of Lakshmi Bigha of Arawa panchayat of Bihar Sharif Ven block was inaugurated by Bihar Rural Development and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Shravan Kumar. On this scheme, a total amount of 9 lakh 26 thousand 730 rupees was constructed by this scheme, construction of this check dam will reach water in the fields of a dozen village farmers and farmers will get the benefit of crop irrigation. Laxmi Bigha, Lalganj, Urban, Arawan, Beldaria, Khedubigha, Saidpur, Nagarpar, Bhalubigha, Mansabigaha, Rasula, Dhanwan etc. will benefit the village. Farmers were looking very happy with the construction of this small scheme, because after the water comes in the river, the farmer will have no electricity, no diesel nor any problem, the water will directly go to the fields. This scheme will prove to be a boon for farmers.
During this, Minister Shri Kumar also inaugurated the Dewai Bigha Grameen Path from Mandi Path of Wayne Block. A total of 28 lakh 90 thousand was spent on this road construction. Inaugurates the remaining part of the Siddhibigaha Path from the Saure Marsuya Path. About 22 lakh 26 thousand rupees were spent on this road. Traffic on both the routes has been made operational which has made it convenient for the public. On this occasion, he said that under the leadership of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, every field is getting success in providing water, increasing the convenience of farmers and making the fields green. The village is happy with the plan to connect every village to Tola with a paved road. Similarly, by getting water to every farm, farmers' income will increase and people will become self-sufficient.
