Instructions were given to ensure action to increase the number and scope of Covid Testing, directed to take action to increase about 500 additional test samples per day - DM Nalanda 

(KHABRE TV - 9334598481, 9523505786) - A meeting was convened today under the chairmanship of District Officer Yogendra Singh to review the action being taken for prevention of Covid-19 infection and with all the sub-divisional officers and senior and nodal officials of various treasuries.
Action was taken to ensure the number and scope of Covid testing. It was instructed to take action to increase about 500 additional test samples daily. For this, additional personnel were trained and instructed to ensure order.
Covid Counseling Centers are functioning in all the three subdivisions. Through these, people living in home isolation are constantly getting feedback about their health and necessary counseling is being given. The District Officer also contacted the people who had been negative through the counseling center and directed them to get feedback and motivate them to donate plasma.
Instructions were given to ensure strict compliance of instructions in all active containment zones.
The use of masks was also asked to continue with a continuous investigation campaign. All subdivisional officers were instructed to ensure continuous monitoring of the Covid Care Center and Isolation Center set up at the subdivision level.
The civil surgeon was instructed to hold a meeting with health department officials and employees every evening for debriefing. In this meeting, it was asked to review the work done throughout the day and to discuss the implementation of the next day's action plan.
It was instructed to ensure regular oxygen level check of all people living in home isolation through pulse oximeter. Instructions were given to take action for sampling of all the people in the Containment Zone.
In the meeting, Deputy Development Commissioner, Municipal Commissioner, Civil Surgeon, in-charge of various cells and all sub-divisional officers were connected through video conferencing.
