The program was implemented from the board of Disaster Risk Reduction e Academy formed by the joint effort of Bihar State Disaster Management Authority and UNICEF.

In this program, Vice President of Bihar State Disaster Management Authority Vyas Ji in his address said that there is a possibility of flash flood in Nalanda district.
