A complaint has been filed in Muzaffarpur's CJM court against Chinese President Xi Jinping and China's Ambassador to India Sun Weedong for allegedly "plotting to spread the corono virus". The matter will be heard by the Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) court on April 11.
The complaint filed by advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha accused Chinese President Xi Jinping and China's Ambassador to India Sun Weedong that the two had conspired to spread the corona virus. The court has put the complaint filed by Sudhir Kumar Ojha on trial. The hearing date of April 11 has been fixed.

The complaint states that the accused have invented the corona virus under a conspiracy. Its purpose was to become a world power by using it as a biological weapon. It was named Wuhan-400. The corona virus is used as part of the plot. A large number of people have died due to this. Hundreds of people are infected with the corona virus and there is a possibility of further infection.
