The order has been issued today by the Transport Department of the Government of Bihar, in which social distancing is important for the prevention of possible infection of carona virus. That is, this step has been taken to avoid people where there is more gathering, due to which public transport means millions of passengers travel by road in and outside the state every day. In these public transport departments the possibility of spreading infection prevails. Therefore, it seems appropriate to protect the health of common people from the possible infection of the corona virus, to control and regulate the operation of public transport vehicles.
The Secretary Department of Transport has been authorized to take appropriate decisions regarding regulation of public and private transport for prevention of possible infection of corona virus by order of Health Department of Bihar Government.

1 The interstate bus service of all the routes operated by Bihar State Road Transport Corporation and other private bus operators will be suspended till 31-3-20 with immediate effect. 

2. Within the state, the operation of the inter-district bus service operated on various routes by the Bihar Government Road Transport Corporation and other private bus operators will be postponed till 31-3-20 with immediate effect, in case of unavoidable circumstances in a district, the operation of special buses The District Magistrate of the concerned district will be able to take decisions in this regard.
3 Various types of permits issued for public transport by various transport authorities, such as stage carriage permit, special permit, contract permit and tourist permit are being operated in all the borders of the state, operating all types of passenger buses with immediate effect. Will be postponed till 31-3 - 20.
