The District Officer and Superintendent of Police held a meeting through video conferencing with all the Subdivisional Officers, Subdivision Police Officers, Block Development Officers, Station Incharge and other Block level officials for the prevention and protection from the spread of Nobel Coronavirus Kovid 19.

 To prevent the spread of Kovid 19 virus, today the Chief Secretary, Director General of Police, Principal Secretary Health Department, Principal Secretary Disaster Management Department and Principal Secretary / Secretary of other departments held a meeting with all District Officers and Superintendents of Police through video conferencing. .
 This meeting gave clarity about the decisions taken from the state government level to stop the spread of the virus. All these decisions were directed to ensure firm compliance.
 All districts were directed to constitute at least 6 important treasuries. The Home Quarantine Koshang instructed people coming from abroad or other states to place fever-cough symptoms among them in quarantine at the nearest school. In this work, local heads, ward members, Anganwadi workers, Support of ASHA workers etc. will be taken. The second koshang is being built for trekking of persons kept in Quarantine. The third is being made for the monitoring of persons shifted to the koshang isolation. On the basis of the information received from the fourth level helpline number 104, the concerned person is being made to attend the medical team through telephone or by medical team if needed. The fifth cell is being made for monitoring positive cases. The sixth cell is being created for the Enforcement of Lock Down from the level of Superintendent of Police.
After the state level video conferencing, the District Officer and Superintendent of Police held a meeting with all the Sub-Divisional Officers, Sub-Divisional Police Officers, Block Development Officers, Station Incharge and other Block level officers through video conferencing.
All the officials were directed to ensure proper compliance of the lock down. Exemption is required only for vehicles engaged in the supply of compulsory 12 types of services exempted from lock-down, and personal vehicles of individual people availing these services. Government / private vehicles of personnel will also be exempted for government work. Apart from this, there is a complete ban on the operation of vehicles. An FIR will be registered against the violator under the Bihar Epidemic Act.
 The services of all health centers below the primary health center are being immediately suspended. In these centers, deputed doctors and health workers will be employed at the PHC level. 12 teams of health workers are being prepared in each PHC. Four teams are being deployed 24 hours in three shifts. Suitable number of vehicles are also being provided in each PHC. On receipt of any kind of information, the medical team from the concerned PHC will reach out to the person concerned and take action as per standard instructions as required.
 Instructions were given to all Block Development Officers to prepare list of persons coming from abroad and other states along with address and mobile number.
 All the officials have been instructed to be constantly available on their mobiles.
