A meeting of District Level Compassion Committee / Establishment Committee was convened today under the chairmanship of District Officer Yogendra Singh.
All the 11 cases received were considered in the compassionate committee meeting. In four of these cases, the entire document was found to be correct. On the basis of this, Pradyuman Kumar, Sudhir Kumar, Sunil Kumar and Ms. Tanya Miley were approved for appointment as Group 'C'. In the remaining cases, it was decided to address the errors found in the documents and to consider them again in the meeting of the Compassionate Committee.
Nomination was approved in six cases out of 7 cases considered for nomination of Home Guards. In one case, it was decided to consider after resolving the error found in the document.
The meeting considered 19 applications received for appointment to the post of Chowkidar on the basis of voluntary retirement of the Chowkidar / Dafadar. In 7 of these cases the documents were found to be correct. On the basis of which the appointment of Anil Kumar, Rashid Anwar, Manoj Kumar, Amod Kumar, Lal Babu, Pradum Kumar and Sudhir Paswan was approved by the District Selection Committee. In the remaining cases, it was decided to address the errors found in the documents and consider them in the next meeting.
Additional Collector, Forest Divisional Officer, Municipal Commissioner, Establishment Deputy Collector Rajgir, General Branch Incharge, District Panchayati Raj Officer, District Samadeshta Home Guard, District Welfare Officer, Jail Superintendent and other officials were present in the meeting.
