Under the Bihar Public Grievance Redressal Rights Act (BRPGRA), the system of receiving the physical complaint / appeal / revision application at the Public Grievance Receipt counters of the subdivision, district and state headquarters will be postponed till 31.03.2020. 

The system of filing complaint / appeal / revision application through online / mail / call center will continue as before. 
All hearings at the level of Public Grievance Redressal Officer, First and Second Appellate Authority and Revision Authority on the complaints, appeals and revision applications filed under Bihar Public Grievance Redressal Rights Act will also be postponed till 31.03.2020. Parties with immediate hearings will be pleased to inform the adjournment by telephone.

Information to this effect will also be published in the respective receipt counters and offices.
All concerned will follow it with full readiness and firmness.
After reviewing the situation and in the light of instructions received from the government, further orders will be issued as required.
