(Khabre TV - 9523505786) - The symbolic strike of outsourcing employees for the 8-point demands at Pawapuri Medical College for the last 5 days, due to the tireless efforts of Dr. Amit Kumar Paswan, former candidate of Rajgir Assembly constituency CPI, Superintendent of Pawapuri Medical College, Dr. Gyan Bhushan And the talks between the delegation of outsourcing employees, the following demands were discussed in detail during the talks,

 

(1) All employees working through outsourcing should be made to work on the contract with immediate effect till it becomes regular,

(2) In the Government of Bihar letter 787 (4) Miscellaneous-6-22 / 2016, the order of contractual employment should be implemented immediately against the sanctioned posts of 3 and 4 in the vacant posts,

(3) Food, accommodation should be provided to the staff treating Karena patients,

(4) All employees should be given ₹ 18000 honorarium with immediate effect,

(5) All the employees should be awarded in the form of Karona Yeda and a certificate of commendation,

(6) The permanent appointment of Group 3 and Group 4 vacancies in Pawapuri Medical College should be done without delay,

(7) All medical staff should be insured of 50 lakhs.

(8) All employees caring for Carena patients should be given 3 months incentive,

 

The various demands were discussed in detail for about 2 hours, the Medical Superintendent said that all the employees should be given incentive allowance and rewarding Karona Yeda for giving the certificate of commendation.In the light of letter 787 (4), according to the order of the Government of Bihar, we are trying to work on contract and insuring 50 lakhs to all the workers, they said that whatever demand is there to our subordinate, we will meet it without any delay and other demands. Will send the proposal to the Government of Bihar and the Government of India, Dr. Amit Kumar Paswan, on the occasion, expressed confidence to all the workers that, you guys will be patient and persistent in fighting your demands, on this occasion Anuj Kumar, Dharmendra Kumar, Rakesh Kumar, Kanhaiya Kumar, Aditya Kumar, Abhinav Kumar, Anjani Kumar, Mrityunjay Kumar, Gautam Kumar, Krishna Kumar, among others.
